I’m back and ready for changes!
Happy February my faithful friends! Sorry for being MIA, but my life was real hectic there for a moment. Sadly, writing blog posts had to be put on the back burner till I was feeling like myself again. To be completely honest, I had tested positive for Covid over Christmas and man it was AWFUL! Luckily, my symptoms were mild compared to some but it was a long recovery process. So here I am ready to take on the month and go after some goals. At the beginning of January, I made a promise that I would take better care of myself both mentally and physically. A spark has definitely been lit to step it up and change my views on things. I know that there are huge mountains to tackle but if not now, when? I’m looking forward to the day that I look in the mirror and think…. dang she cute and look at what you have achieved, you boss babe you!!!! So if you are feeling my vibe, tell me the goals you want to achieve this month below in the comments! Also, still cannot believe that it is already February!
Goals for February…. ready, set, go!
~ Ride my Peloton 3-4 times a week
~ Drink a gallon of water daily 5-7 times a week
~ NO fast food
~ Go for a weekly walk
~ Start and finish my February Book of the Month
~ Write 2 blogs (Half-way there!)
~ Dedicate an hour nightly to creativecaitie
~ Check in on friends and schedule facetimes if possible!
~ Find creative and covid safe date nights with my hubby!
Also, don’t be afraid to tell people your goals! Most of the time they are in the boat or want to show ways to support! I am BEYOND lucky to have a close-knit group of friends and a husband cheer me on and pick me up when I stumble. Find people who can keep you accountable for success!
